 Hungry for more December 31, 2008
I purchased this book to read as part of my church's upcoming corporate fast. I intended to read it during the month of January, but I have not been able to put it down. Jentezen has rekindled a fire in me for the things of God. The book provides encouragement for many areas of my life. I have a new desire to discern the things of God, to be used in "God's Army of Broken Women," to speak life into others when they don't see their potential, to pray prevailing prayers and to invest more into my marriage. My only disappointment is that I will finish the book too soon!

I am very thankful for all the reviews that were offering a very accurate insite for this particular book. I had only days before saw Jentezen Franklin on television. My first thought was...Wow! A tremendous leader of REAL CHRISTIAN FAITH has written a book which speaks directly to your heart. This pastor is a genuine and honest man of God, who is not concerned with selling books, but rather opening your heart to God, and setting you free from pain and pressures we all go through in our lives. I had no idea upon my purchasing this book that I'd even consider writting this review. I can't wait to read other books from Jentezen!
If you own this book you have to share it with someone struggling, if you don't have it, you are missing a life changing book of hope, in a world that has lost hope! Many, Many Thanks!!!

This is an awesome book. Jentezen Franklin is one of my favorite preachers. This is a must read book. In his book one of his points is, " We are to seek God's face, not His hand. We want a handout but God wants a face-off".
